When will you arrive to my event?
We arrive one hour before our start time. If you need additional time we charge an idle time fee to arrive early or idle during your ceremony.
Are guest books provided?
Our Premium (Rager Package) of 5 hours includes a custom photo book for your guests to add their pictures and write you a touching message! You can add the guest book to any of the packages for an additional cost or provide your own.
How do I reserve my event date?
We will require a signed client rental agreement and 25% non-refundable deposit to hold the day of your event. The remaining balance is due one week before your event. All Packages include 1 hour of set up prior to your event, please let us know if additional time is needed.
